Bai’a na da bangarori biyu, mai bai’a (sauran mutane) da wanda ake yi wa bai’ar (wato su ne manzo (s.a.w) da imamai (a.s)). Tare da cewar manzo (s.a.w) shi ne hujja kuma shugaba, don haka shi za a yiw mubayi’a a matakin farko wato shi ne farkon wadanda za a yi wa mubayi’a ba shi zai yita ga waninsa ba, ruwayoyi da suka zo daga litattafan shi’a sun karfafa hakan Kamar yadda mai tambaya ya kawo, kuma babu makawa cewa ruwayoyin ba wai kawai kara zube ba wanda da ansan hakan shi ke nan, a’a, bin hanyar tare da tafiya akai shi ne ainihin abin nufi wato bin manzo (s.a.w) ko Imamin zamani lokacin da yake raye.
Akan wannan ne nake cewa shi hadisin bawai kawai an rawaito cewa ai manzo (s.a.w) shi ne farkon wanda za a yi wa bai’a ba, da sunan wanda aiki ya fada a kansa ba (fa’ili) ba kuma shi ne mai yi wa wani ba (maf’uul). Amma idan muka dubi dangantakar hadisin da nuni kan sanya halifa a bayan manzo (s.a.w) a ban kasa wanna ya tabbata tare da dalilai masu yankan shakku cewa manzo (s.a.w) ya sanya Imam Ali (a.s) halifansa bayansa, wannan mun yi bayaninsa sosai ciki mafiya yawan tambayoyi, duba nan kasa ciki bayani a fayyace.
Amsa wannan tambaya na bukatar bayanin wasu lamurra kamar
- Ma’anar bai’a
- Matsayin manzo (s.a.w) cikin al’ummar musulmi
- Rawaitattun ruwayoyi daga Ahlul-baiti (a.s) kan wajabcin sanin imamain zamani
1-MA’ANAR BAI’A
A Kalmar larabci bai’a na nufin cinikayya, sun kasance idan akabi manzo (s.a.w) ko Imami suka karba daga wajansa, shi kuma ya ba su tare da karfafarsu, ya yi kama da aikin mai saye da siyarwa.
Amma a ma’ana ita bai’a wani sanannen alkawari ne ake yi wa manzo (s.a.w) ko imamin zamani wajan mika masa wuka da nama cikin kowane lamari ba tare da jayayya ba.[1]
Daga nan zamu kara gane cewa ita bai’a na da bangarori biyu bangaren farko shi ne ke bayyana bangare na biyu, kuma bangaren farko shi ne wanda ake yi wa mubayi’a (manzo (s.a.w)da Imami) bugu da kari manzo (s.a.w) shi ne ma’auni mai shiryarwa kuma shugaba, wanda shi ne ma’aikin da aka aiko kuma imami kama yadda ya zo a kur’ani “Muhammad bai kasance uban kowaba daga mazajenku sai da shi ya kasance …[2].
Wannan aya na nuna manzo (s.a.w) shi za a yi wa bai’a bawai shi ne zai yi wa wani ba (shi ne mai siyarwa ba wai mai siye ba)ta haka ne muka samu kur’ani na yi mana magana bisa waccen bai’ar (siyarwar) kamar yadda ya kara da cewa “lallai wadannan da suka yi maka mubayi’a, ba kai suka yi wa ba sun yi wa Allah (SW) ne …”.[3] da kuma fadin sa madaukakin sarki cewa “hakika Allah (SW) ya yarda da muminai da suka yi maka mubayi’a …”.[4] wannan na karfafar litattafan da aka rawaito daga litattafan shi’a cewa duk wanda bai san imamin zamaninsa ba ya yi mutuwar jahiliyya “idan ya mutu bai san Imamin zamaninsa ba ya yi mutuwar jahiliyya”.[5] sanin hadisin ba wai shi ne muhimmi ba, bin hanyar da take ita ce zakasan Imamin zamaninka shi ne manzo (s.a.w) ko Imaminka a lokacinsa, akan wannan ne hadsin baya nufin manzo (s.a.w) ne mai bi ba, a’a shi ne wanda za a bi da sifar wanda aiki ya fada a kansa, ba wai a sigar mai aiki ba.
